The wave of anti-incumbency is intensifying across the globe as because of weak economic growth, says author and global investor Ruchir Sharma. In an interview with NDTV's Prannoy Roy, Mr Sharma said leaders who are seem to be bucking this trend are the ones invoking nationalism and projecting themselves as strong. He said arguably even demonetisaton pr notes ban can be seen as a political experiment or diversion tactic.
