The 2017 World Car Awards have announced their Top Three finalists in all categories. This comes after the second round of voting by global jurors for the most prestigious awards programme worldwide. This includes nominees for the Car Design, Luxury, Green, Performance, and new Urban Car of the Year award categories. And of course the big one - World Car of the Year 2017.
