This time, Amitabh Bachchan was taking no chances. A day after being publicly corrected by colleague Rishi Kapoor on Twitter, the 73-year-old actor asked him to identify the Kapoors pictured in an old photograph tweeted by a fan.
The picture was tweeted by a user who tagged both Mr Bachchan and Mr Kapoor in the picture. Big B correctly identified family patriarch and legendary actor Prithviraj Kapoor but left Rishi Kapoor to complete the task - as he put it, "before I get stormed by your correctness."
Rishi Kapoor named the younger gents in this particular
lajawaab tasveer as his uncle, Shashi Kapoor, and oldest brother, Randhir Kapoor.
Big B was erring on the side of caution because on Thursday, he misidentified another old picture of the Kapoors as one of brothers Raj, Shammi and Shashi Kapoor as children with their mother. He was politely informed by Rishi Kapoor that the youngest child in the photo was actually his aunt Urmila.
Big B also retweeted another black and white picture he was tagged in, this time with actor Shashi Kapoor and an extremely young Ranbir Kapoor.
