Highlights

  • Sachin Tendulkar found the outline of peninsular India while on a drive
  • He quoted astronaut Rakesh Sharma to describe the wonderful sight
  • 'Saare jahan se achcha Hindustan hamara,' Sachin said on Twitter
Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar's social media posts have lately been looking like one exciting travelogue of sorts and the pictures are so nice, we're certainly not complaining.

Adding to his already envy-invoking travel diary is this new picture shared by the cricket legend on his social media accounts a little while ago. Those who think they can spot the map of southern India on the album cover of The Beatles' Abbey Road, pay attention - always on the lookout for interesting things (remember the pop portrait he shared asking fans to guess where he was?), this time the 43-year-old found the outline of peninsular India while on a drive.

So thrilled was Sachin, he quoted Saare Jahan Se Achcha, the same words that astronaut Rakesh Sharma used to describe India from space to then-Prime Minister Indira Gandhi back in 1984.

We don't know where exactly he is - Sachin has been holidaying in England and America - but the 'Little Master' sure gets full marks for his incredible observational skills.

Here's how Twitter reacted to the picture:

Let's hope Sachin tells us where this mini-India is soon.
