Separatist Leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq Arrested In Srinagar

He has been lodged at Cheshamshahi where a hut has been designated as sub jail.

Srinagar: Separatist leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq was arrested on Friday after he allegedly tried to defy restrictions and came out to join a separatist-called march in the city.

Mr Farooq has been sent to 10-days judicial custody.
