The Social Welfare, Health and Family Welfare Minister of the Delhi government and senior revenue officers of revenue, health and social welfare departments visited the shelter home on July 11 and an on-the-spot decision was taken to shift all the residents to other safer places due to water-logging and lack of proper facilities at Rangpuri.
